I bought this well made bike but unfortunately I was too short for it and realised I couldn’t handle it. The Courier collected it this morning for return. I have to say thank you to Jonathan the Customer services personnel for guiding me in the right direction in their returns policy. Very welcoming to deal with. Many thanks.

The awesome cobra is just that. Very well made. Eats up rough ground and loves the hills. Only criticism would be the brakes they need upgrading to 4 piston or bigger rotors for such a heavy bike.
Best mileage covered is 43 miles 67 km. and that’s peddling all the way
. No way this bike will do 80 miles unless it’s on a back of a truck But saying that I would recommend this bike all day long,

I got the Engway M20 ebike couple of weeks ago. It’s my first Ebike and I absolutely love it! I already put 300 km. The ride position is extremely comfortable, and the steering is composed and very well-balanced. Not ridden the bike yet,my review and five stars is for the company,good communication as they kepted the bike for me for two months as I was oversea and recieved the bike less than a week after my return, what I was most impressed with is the bike came as far as I can see FULLY assembled and no packaging that i would then have to get rid of,bike was well protected where it needed to be and its the first time i ever got a bike delivered this way ( i have three),extremely convenient. Wished I'd known about this company sooner.

Comes in a box well packed with minimal assembly used tinkering turtle on YouTube to guide me through the unboxing and assembly very good comprehensive information only been on a short test ride at the moment as only just assembled but very pleased so far it is quite big but not too heavy and as expected from bike information very pleased with this bike and made the right choice look forward to using it properly it is powerful and quick

Love it , very good quality bike for the money. Controls are easy to use and battery has a long life.

Only 2 things...key placement..not great ..and can't get throttle to work .watched some many you tube videos still can't get

Great bike and great service from Elevated Cycles. Bike is very well made, and the Zebra looks to be quite tough. I've done 100 miles in first week, 20 of which are off road. Top piece of kit, many thanks Jonathan at Elevated Cycles for advice.

We bought 2 zebra’s
Delivered really fast after the August bank holiday. I’ve got to admit I was really worried, about buying them. But Jonathan was so quick on email reply’s. And advise.
The bike are big and heavy, but they are brilliant.
The only disappointing part is ! Because I live in uk. The throttle is governed to 6 mile an hour.
But you can buy extra parts to change this. But at an extra cost. Which I didn’t expect.
I think this should be written clearer.
But other than that I love it.
I have had 4 E bikes but this by far the best.

After riding this bike for two weeks so far I can say it is great. The large tires and powerful motor allow for a fast and smooth ride.
