The American Cobra Pro e-bike is equipped with a powerful 1000w Bafang mid-drive motor which reaches 28mph. It can travel an impressive 80 miles on a single charge (distance varies based on a number of factors). It also adopts a strong high-end mountain bike four-bar linkage suspension and coil suspension, absorbing any bumps on the way down the trail. The 26”X4.8” CST super fat tyres, as the biggest e-bike tyres in the market, make riding more stable to suit all road conditions.

Because this bike has a 1000w motor, if you wish to ride on a public road, any electric bike that does not meet the EAPC rules is classed as a motorcycle or moped and needs to be registered and taxed. You’ll need a driving licence to ride one and you must wear a crash helmet. Otherwise they can be ridden on private land.

The awesome cobra is just that. Very well made. Eats up rough ground and loves the hills. Only criticism would be the brakes they need upgrading to 4 piston or bigger rotors for such a heavy bike.
Best mileage covered is 43 miles 67 km. and that’s peddling all the way
. No way this bike will do 80 miles unless it’s on a back of a truck But saying that I would recommend this bike all day long,
