Hit and miss.

I am very happy with the Himiway Big Dog eBike. However I wasn’t very happy with the delay to receiving other items that I ordered at the same time as the eBike. Communication with your sales team was excellent and I received £50 as compensation, plus a refund because Jonathon was able to source a bag at a lower price from Amazon. So 10 out of 10 for the eBike, five out of ten for the extras mix up and ten out of ten for Jonathon.

My Perfect Bike

I'm a big bloke and was looking for a big electric bike that could safely carry me and "Big Dog" absolutely fits the bill! I, like many ex rugby playing fireman I now suffer from knee problems and my world was getting smaller as my mobility reduced but now, all that has completely changed. With Big Dogs assisted pedaling I'm already getting out there notching up the miles with the only thing limiting me being my fitness which is already starting to improve! The bike is more than able to take me anywhere I want to go. I seriously can't express how pleased I am to have found this bike. Jonathan at Elevated Cycles was a great help and answered all my questions about the bike and having made the decision to buy one it arrived quickly and well boxed. Putting on the front wheel, mudguard, handlebars etc was no problem and there is a very good Youtube video to help if needed.
If you are a big fella looking for an Ebike that can carry the larger framed person then I reckon you've found it with a Himiway Big Dog, I'd absolutely recommend this bike. 5 stars from me!! Thank you Jonathan for your help too, very much appreciated.
